For best results, first cleanse hair of heavy product buildup with Cantu’s Flaxseed Smoothing Shampoo and condition with Cantu’s Flaxseed Smoothing Leave-In or Rinse Out Conditioner. Style as desired, and finish with the Extra Hold Smoothing Wax for a polished final look.

    We happily accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date.However, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept intimate or sanitary goods, or personal use products like deodorants and nail care items.
    • Gift cards and some health and personal care items are also non-returnable.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within a certain number of days and credited back to your account (credit card, Vodafone cash, Instapay, or bank transfer).
    • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
