Recommendations for use: The serum has a liquid texture: do not apply more than one pump at a time and section hair beforehand if necessary. Shake before use. After the complete Vitamino Color Spectrum system, apply to clean, towel-dried hair. (1-2 pumps for fine to medium hair, 3-4 pumps for thicker hair.)

Distribute evenly through lengths and ends. Do not rinse.
Dry hair completely using your desired drying techniques. Once dry, straighten hair with a flat iron.
Designed for use with a hair straightener. For best results, use hot plates operating at a minimum of 180°C.

Returns

We happily accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date.However, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept intimate or sanitary goods, or personal use products like deodorants and nail care items.
  • Gift cards and some health and personal care items are also non-returnable. 

How to Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within a certain number of days and credited back to your account (credit card, Vodafone cash, Instapay, or bank transfer).
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
