What is Phytocolor:

PHYTOCOLOR is a permanent hair colour dye enriched with botanical pigments up to 74%* from 5 dye plants, guarantees a natural intense shade, extreme brilliance and bright reflections. The pack contains 1 x Milk Developer 1.69 fl.oz, 1 x Colouring Cream 1.69 fl.oz, 1 x Colour Protecting Mask 0.42 oz, 1x instructions leaflet, and 1 x pair of gloves.

Safe for: Normal to dry hair. Normal to sensible scalps.

Sensitivity: Phytocolor has a formula with low allergy potential. The coloring cream contains no PPD or resorcinol, (paraphenylenediamine) that have been replaced by gentler derivatives. Using botanical ingredients means it has a gentle scent and does not sting on application. 

How to use Phytocolor

  1. Important - a sensitivity test must be performed 48h before use
  2. Always apply to dry, unwashed hair
  3. For non-color treated hair: hair that has never been color-treated in the past: apply the mixture at the roots and comb the remainder of the product through your hair
  4. Leave on for 30 minutes
  5. For already color treated hair: when natural color shows at the roots: apply the mixture at the roots only and leave on for 20 minutes
  6. Then, comb the remainder of the product through your hair and leave on for 10 minutes
  7. After application time, pour a small amount of lukewarm water on hair and rinse thoroughly until water runs clear
  8. For longer lasting color and radiance, use the complete PHYTOCOLOR hair care routine
  9. Always follow the full instructions included within the box

Returns

We happily accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date.However, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept intimate or sanitary goods, or personal use products like deodorants and nail care items.
  • Gift cards and some health and personal care items are also non-returnable. 

How to Return

To return an item, please include a receipt or proof of purchase and email us at Mavenmaadi@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within a certain number of days and credited back to your account (credit card, Vodafone cash, Instapay, or bank transfer).
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven't received your refund after a reasonable timeframe,check with your bank or credit card company first.
