345 Relief Cream is a regenerating ointment gel cream rich in nutrients that skillfully combines ingredients to address blemishes, nourish the skin, and provide soothing care, resulting in a well-rounded skincare solution. This cream contains a potent blend of Niacinamide, Panthenol, and Opuntia Ficus-Indica Stem Extract, each present in significant concentrations (10,000ppm), delivering numerous benefits for the skin. Niacinamide, or Vitamin B3, enhances the skin's moisture barrier, regulates oil production, fades dark spots, and promotes an even skin tone. Panthenol provides effective hydration, aids in healing minor irritations, and soothes redness. Opuntia Ficus-Indica Stem Extract offers exceptional hydration and is ideal for dry or sensitive skin. The cream's multi-layered structure ensures long-lasting skin nourishment and hydration through concentrated plant-based hydrators and hyaluronic acid.

Returns

We happily accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date.However, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept intimate or sanitary goods, or personal use products like deodorants and nail care items.
  • Gift cards and some health and personal care items are also non-returnable. 

How to Return

To return an item, please include a receipt or proof of purchase and email us at Mavenmaadi@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within a certain number of days and credited back to your account (credit card, Vodafone cash, Instapay, or bank transfer).
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds?
