We happily accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date.However, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept intimate or sanitary goods, or personal use products like deodorants and nail care items.
• Gift cards and some health and personal care items are also non-returnable. 

How to Return

To return an item, please include a receipt or proof of purchase and email us at Mavenmaadi@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within a certain number of days and credited back to your account (credit card, Vodafone cash, Instapay, or bank transfer).
• Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds?

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale items.

Exchanges

We can only exchange items within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at Mavenmaadi@gmail.com. We will give you instructions on how to return your original item and receive your exchange.You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Gifts

If your item was a gift, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

Shipping

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of your return.Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
