Directions for Use

  1. Olaplex StandAlone Treatment: Mix 1/2oz (15ml) No.1 with 3oz (90ml) of water in a non-spraying applicator bottle.
  2. Take client to shampoo bowl and saturate thoroughly. Process for 5 minutes.
  3. Without rinsing, apply a generous amount of No.2 from roots to ends and comb through thoroughly.
  4. Process for a minimum of 10-20 minutes. Rinse, shampoo and condition.
  5. Follow with moisture and protein where applicable.
  6. Olaplex is compatible with all colour lines including semi, demi, permanent, direct, high lift, glosses, toners and oil delivery systems.

Returns

We happily accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date.However, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept intimate or sanitary goods, or personal use products like deodorants and nail care items.
  • Gift cards and some health and personal care items are also non-returnable. 

How to Return

To return an item, please include a receipt or proof of purchase and email us at Mavenmaadi@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within a certain number of days and credited back to your account (credit card, Vodafone cash, Instapay, or bank transfer).
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven't received your refund after a reasonable timeframe,check with your bank or credit card company first.
